- Be willing to negotiate when necessary
- Review your final approval from your lender
- Schedule transfer of utilities before closing
Closing/Move-In
- Have all questions answered before closing so there are no surprises
- Title Company and lender prepare documents and arrange for all payoffs
- Sign documents and receive your keys
