My journey in real estate began over 35 years ago, with a unique opportunity to pioneer innovative marketing programs within the apartment industry. Since then, I’ve partnered with my husband in marketing, managing and successfully growing a construction business. Together, we have since become a strong partnership in residential sales and property management services.

Obtaining my real estate license in 2005 marked a pivotal moment in my career. Having experienced both sides of the closing table, I bring firsthand insight as a tenant, landlord, property manager, and investor in numerous residential properties. After moving to Colorado over two decades ago, Kurt has made the south metro Denver area his home. My family is my top priority, and I am blessed to have seven wonderful children and five grandchildren. Over the last 15 years, we have also welcomed several foster children into our home. In addition to being a dedicated family man, my wife and I have successfully owned and operated multiple construction-focused companies for the past 23 years. During this time, I also obtained my EMT-B certification and volunteered as a firefighter for two local departments for five years.

After leaving the fire service, I shifted my focus to house flips, renovations, and property management, which ultimately led to my current passion for finding and acquiring investment properties with high returns on investment. My extensive business experience has taught me the importance of providing exceptional customer service and obtaining future work through referrals. SUE PRIEST

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR (with 17 yrs exp as real estate broker)

Most importantly, I am a proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, for which I am truly grateful.

Throughout my career spanning over 60 years, I have been involved in various aspects of the real estate industry. From working with engineers, architects, and savings and loans, to managing multi-family and single-family properties, my journey led me to obtain my residential real estate license in 2005.

Initially, I worked with two large real estate companies, where I gained valuable experience and training. In 2012, my daughter and I founded our own company, leveraging our collective knowledge and love for Colorado and its history to provide the best possible service to our clients. We believe that being well-informed is key to making sound decisions when buying or selling a property.

Although I have recently retired from active real estate agent duties, I still offer research and advice to our team of agents. Our agents have a strong desire to serve our clients with professionalism and care, and over 70% of our business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
